Over the past eight months, we had the privilege of working alongside Elevate CDHN on our Health Inequalities project. This initiative was rooted in mentorship and collaboration, with a clear focus on tackling the persistent health inequalities that affect our communities.
Through Elevate’s support, we were able to:
- Provide mentorship opportunities that empowered participants to grow in confidence and leadership.
- Create spaces for dialogue and learning, where community voices shaped the direction of the work.
- Strengthen our collective efforts to address barriers to health and wellbeing.
The journey with Elevate CDHN was not only impactful but also deeply rewarding. Their commitment to supporting grassroots projects allowed us to continue building meaningful connections and delivering work that makes a difference.
